OverflowBrokersCxn internal-use terms
These terms cover the owner's internal use of Overflow Brokers LLC's QuickBooks connection.
QuickBooks access is not active. These terms describe the permitted use of the connection once it is available.
Permitted use
Overflow Brokers LLC permits its owner to use OverflowBrokersCxn to review the company's identity and selected invoice information for internal bookkeeping. Access is limited to the company's own QuickBooks records. The connection is not offered to other businesses or the public.
Do not share connection credentials, connect another company's books or attempt to access records outside the authorized company.
Authorization and review
Only an authorized QuickBooks administrator may connect the company. The app requests QuickBooks Accounting permission, while its available accounting operations are limited to reads. Granting that provider permission does not authorize a payment or an accounting change.
The owner is responsible for checking the company and accounting details used in their work. Assistant output can contain errors and needs review before it is used for business decisions.
Third-party services
Intuit, OpenAI and ngrok provide parts of the connection and assistant workflow. OpenAI Sites hosts the public information pages. Their services remain subject to the terms applicable to the company's use of them. These internal-use terms do not replace those agreements.
Connections and services can expire, be revoked or become unavailable. The app does not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free results.
Ending access
The owner may disconnect the app, and Overflow Brokers LLC may discontinue it. Ending access does not delete existing QuickBooks records, assistant conversations or other company records. See disconnect information and the privacy policy.
